Audited Member

What does it mean for you?

By using a Scaffolding Association member, you can be confident that you are prequalifying and awarding work to contractors who have undertaken a rigorous assessment of their experience and capabilities.

The Audited Membership level is The Scaffolding Association’s third level of membership, which has been developed in line with PAS91 specifically for scaffolding contractors. It offers an independent third party audit, against a scaffolding specific procurement standard, undertaken by IQ Verify a UKAS accredited certification body.

The audit process has been developed to reduce the burden on clients and contractors by increasing understanding and building on the widely applicable range of standards within the industry to provide a scaffolding specific procurement process. This audit has been developed to fulfil the procurement requirements of clients, whilst enabling contractors to demonstrate their work capabilities and competence. The audit looks solely at a contractor’s ability to safely manage and undertake work, and assesses it against criteria which are specific to the scaffolding industry.
